Health Care and Health Insurance

I'm watching this protest regarding "health care" on TV and it's crazy. I put health care in quotes above because they are using it as a generic term. They are shouting, "Health care is a right." Health care is not a right but let's say for a moment that it is. Health insurance still wouldn't be a right even if health care were. It's something you purchase if you want it like groceries or clothes. We have the freedom to have groceries and clothes but we have to buy them. If you want to think of "rights" in this manner then that's okay but they are still not legal rights. What exactly are our rights? We have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We have the right to freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition. We have the right to keep and bear arms. We have the right to not let soldiers use our homes as quarters without our permission. We have the right of freedom from unreas
