Illegal Aliens or Undocumented Workers?

Well, I turned on the news during my morning coffee as I always do, and they are once again debating the question: Do we call people here illegally 'illegal aliens or undocumented workers'?  We shouldn't even need to ask this question but let's break it down once and for all.

Illegal - Contrary to or forbidden by law.

Alien - Belonging to a foreign country or nation.

Undocumented - Not recorded in or proved by documents.

Workers - People who produce or achieve.

These definitions came from the Google Dictionary.  Now, let's examine:

* Is coming to America without permission contrary to or forbidden by law?  Yes.

* If you sneak into America do you belong to a foreign country or nation?  Yes.

* If you are here in America illegally would you be documented?  Not unless you're caught.  If you are undocumented it is because you are illegal.

* Can you legally produce or achieve?  No.  Crossing the border illegally is not an achievement, it's a crime.  Hiring illegals for a job is also a crime.

As I've tried to explain before, you can be politically correct or you can tell the truth but you can't do both.

Let's start calling things what they are.  Feelings should not factor into it.  If the truth hurts your feelings then you need to toughen up.

If you are eating an apple, calling it an orange doesn't change the taste.  Call it an apple whether the apple likes it or not.

Undocumented Immigrant doesn't work either because sneaking in doesn't make you an immigrant, it makes you a law-breaker.

Here’s a little history lesson and an explanation of why: Both the KKK and BLM were created by Democrats. You didn't expect me to say that did you? Actually, the KKK wasn't started to be a black and white thing. The original targets of the Ku Klux Klan were Republicans, both black and white. For decades the KKK harassed the GOP with lynchings and threats. An estimated 3,446 blacks and 1,297 whites died at the end of KKK ropes from 1882 to 1964. Republicans often led the efforts to pass federal anti-lynching laws and their platforms consistently called for a ban on lynching. Democrats successfully blocked those bills and their platforms never did condemn lynchings. Further, the first grand wizard of the KKK was honored at the 1868 Democratic National Convention, no Democrats voted for the 14th Amendment to g...
